Bishop Ahr's academic offerings are enhanced by innovative distance learning opportunities.
Students in the Latin program receive live interactive instruction from Dr. Jodie Lepine, who resides part of the year in Paris.
The
math department also extends its offerings to two Diocesan grammar
schools, with Mr. Matt Kondracki teaching Algebra I lessons each day to
students who can interact with him through a videoconferencing system on
Chromebooks.
Over the past several years,
teachers have also brought experts into the classrooms via
teleconference-based lessons, with lessons from the Philadelphia Art
Museum, NASA, and the U.S. Navy.
