On Monday, October 23, the Boys Cross Country team had a strong performance at the GMC Championships with Senior David Essel becoming only the 4th BGAHS student to run the challenging Thompson Park 5K in under 17 minutes.
Also on Monday, the Boys Varsity Soccer team defeated JFK 2-1 with goals scored by Jude Roche. Goalie John Loftus had 16 saves.
On Thursday, October 26, the Girls Varsity Soccer team defeated Carteret by a score of 5-1. Goals were scored by Trinity Upton (2), Jill Balsamo, Nicole Stadtmiller, and Gabriella Nasto.
