Indulgence Cupcakery Owner Talks Entrepreneurship with Students

Mrs. Fucci's Senior Financial Literacy
classes had the pleasure of having Ms. Theresa Hrivnak, owner of
Indulgence Cupcakery in Haddonfield, NJ, come speak to them about
business ownership and entrepreneurship. Theresa has owned Indulgence
Cupcakery for 10 years and has been very successful as a small business
owner. Andree Ordaniel stated, "I think what I took away the most from
the presentation is that your life and career will never have a direct
route. You always have to be flexible and learning never stops. I
thought that was really valuable advice." Rafael Parsacala also enjoyed
the presentation. "I learned how much work goes into starting and
maintaining your own business. I was surprised to hear how much of the
work she did; I'd expect her to have people doing that kind of stuff for
her."
