On Wednesday, May 30, the Varsity Softball team defeated Old Bridge with a score of 4-3 to clinch its sixth GMC tournament trophy. Pitcher Katie Eicher tossed the first four innings and came back in the 7th to close out the game, earning her the title of MVP for the game.
This win makes Bishop Ahr High School the softball program with the most GMC championships. The victory also caps a 24-2 season that saw the Trojans go undefeated in the GMC White Division and reach the South Jersey, Non-Public A semifinals.
